After little brother walked backed to his class,
big brother’s class walked in a few minutes later.
What to say?
This oldest grandson is smart,
and funny,
and wise,
and kind.
He smiled when he saw us,
got his tray and sat with his friends.
And then,
as he so often does,
he took my heart and turned it upside down
when he stood up grabbed his tray
and came and sat with us,
without any prompting .
He did it because that is the way he is.
And then like his little brother-
he drank his chocolate milk
first.
Oh my did this ever pull at my heart strings. There is something about those sweet boys. You are so blessed... but then, so is he!
