Faux Twitter: Checkout counter at Ross Dress For Less

 

10:35 am   Oscar begins to ring up my ‘had to have’ selections.

10:38 am   Total appears on the screen as Oscar asks

 

“Are you a Senior Citizen?”        (It was Tuesday Senior Citizen Day)

 

10:39 am   I reply,

 

“When I REMEMBER.”

10:40 am   Completely cracked myself up.  Oscar didn’t laugh.

    That is hilarious! Forget the clerks, they haven't a clue!

    Pssssst, get this Laura, I got a senior citizen breakfast at Denny's the other morning with my mom, they give you that at 55!! Ahem, I'm a bit older. Okay, was not enough for me. One egg, on piece of bacon and a tiny biscuit! I'm not 85!!
