On A Quest

IMG_8929

My entire shopping trip to Round Top/Warrenton was fueled by

my quest for a zebra rug.

Boy, I do love a QUEST.

This finally got to Daughter #2-

and everyone else within hearing distance I am sure.

In my questing, I can get a little obsessed driven,

which may or may not lead to talking about it non-stop .

So under this type of mental water torture,

Daughter #2 finally said,

”Mother, you can borrow mine and see if you like it.”

Woo hoo!

True confession.

I have never been good about returning library books on time…

  6. Oh, it looks too good to give it back:) She will let you keep it so that you will stop talking about it, hehe! I tend to do that too, start looking for something and NOT stop until I find it:) Enjoy your evening and your nice rug... uh I mean your Daughter's rug! HUGS!

  7. Ah ha ha ha ha. Guess it's ok to wait till family asks for something back right? Unless of course your daughter is also a librarian.

  10. I love it and love how you placed it on top of the patterned rug.....great layering. I love the whole room!! I came real real close to buying a cowhide but in the end went with a shag instead. But that cowhide is still on my mind.

  12. That rug looks PUURRR-FECT in your living room. I have the exact same rug in my dining room and move it to different rooms from time to time...I love how it adds that "WOW-ness" to a room...no matter the decor!

Sounds like you won't return it! ;)

BTW, found your blog through Savvy Southern Style.
