All I wanted was a nice photo.
The sunlight was perfect.
This was the last day of my visit.
I even thought about offering them $5, which is my favorite bribe…
(please don’t judge …
I talk big but I am a pushover…)
Remember Rodney Dangerfield’s line about no respect?
It also doesn’t help that I was laughing.
Don’t you want me to take photos at your next
important family gathering???
My fee?
$5.00.
Isn't that always the way, hah. I think the last picture is a keeper.
ReplyDeleteThey are boys after all.
ReplyDeleteany photo of them would have to be nice...after all they are your grandsons...
ReplyDeleteI see you have a few comedians in your family too! xxoo Diana
ReplyDeleteI remember a photo shoot with my young daughters many years ago for a Christmas card. My girls were all dressed up and hair done, but they were getting weary of me telling them to smile. Finally I said, ok, make a funny face just so they could get it out of their system. When I got the photos back(back in the old days before digital) I came to the photos where they were making their funny faces. I laughed so hard out loud and I knew this was our Christmas card. Definitely an unforgettable card!
ReplyDeleteCould you bribe your boys with something else other than $5...ice cream, video game? Ha!Bribing works, you just have to find out what they want! LOL!
This is SO cute! I'd bribe 'em too :)
ReplyDeleteToo cute, and these are the photos you will treasure forever...the "real" them! My son has a saying...whenever I'm trying to be serious or get my point across he will say "I won, you laughed!"
ReplyDeleteKat :)

I think you got some very cute ones! They never want you to take their picture when you want to, only when they want you to! Ha! Good pictures!

ReplyDeleteThe boys are adorable!!!!! It appears to me that they have a bit of "grandmother's" mischief. ;-) Love it!

They're boys - they love to make faces for the camera - our grands do too. Sometimes they're the best ones.

ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of when my brother was little - he HATED having his picture taken and did everything in his power to avoid it. Most of his childhood pictures are like the ones above.
It's hard to get a bad picture with subjects as adorable as those!
ReplyDeleteSMiles,
Teresa
