This morning, while headed to the grocery store,

vendors lined the street

selling pinatas and cascarones for Easter weekend celebrations,

South Texas style.

I hope your celebrations are just as wonderful.

    Laura, it certainly looks colorful and fun. I am cooking a bit and going to church with Joe. Our deck came with the house and that yard is going to kill me or make me. Happy Easter. ♥O

    I think a pinata for Easter would make my grandchildren really happy. These are so colorful!

    Somehow I thought you weren't blogging anymore. I'm so glad you commented on mine, so I know you are still up and running! Lovely and colourful Easter display!

    Yes, I bring bags of soil in. I tended to build my gardens just a little bit at a time, so the bags worked well for me.

    Happy Easter, Laura-even if it is at the end of the Easter day! Your area celebrates it much more colorfully than we do in the Midwest. We are all about pastel eggs and white childrens's hats here! Hoping your Easter Day was wonderful! xxoo Diana

    a pinata of a bunny is just hilarious...I can just see all those kids with baseball bats trying to knock the living daylight out of that bunny.....
